Autumn Bounty: A Culinary Celebration

Please join us for our September edition of our Cooking Club!  This month, we’re diving into the rich and vibrant flavours of autumn vegetables.  Join us for a feast of delicious recipes and culinary creativity as we celebrate the harvest season.  This is an event where participants work together in the preparation of the menu created by our hostess Lucy Schoonhoven.

The menu will comprise of vegetable dishes, like Pea & Lettuce soup, Roasted beetroot salad, Seasonal Risotto and others.  The delicious dessert will be two versions of the traditional Tarte Tatin.

Allergens that will be used in the menu: Nuts, gluten, eggs, dairy.

Please be aware that while the focus of the menu will be on vegetables, however chicken stock will be used in some recipes.
