Foodies welcomes back Practitioner Geeta Vara as she leads us in a Winter Wellness workshop. Come discover how Ayurveda can help improve your health and wellbeing.

Learn about:
– Ayurveda in a nutshell, how we define health, the need for a holistic and preventative health approach and why we need to flow with the season for optimal wellness;
– Why winter is the season to build our inner strength and immunity;
– Food is medicine: learn about the foods that support winter health;
– Store cupboard spices and herbs that support winter health (how to use key Ayurvedic ingredients and spices in food, teas and home remedies);
– Create conscious eating habits and self care rituals to support your seasonal diet.

A hot drink recipe will be distributed to confirmed participants prior to the event. We look forward to welcoming you!
