Try your hand at drawing from the live model and explore the fascinating world of depicting the human form. All levels are welcome to this Drawing class aimed at improving shading, tone, perspective and overall drawing ability. Materials required: a large sketch pad, drawing pencils, rubber, and charcoal.
Instructor Amanda Bracken holds an MA in Fine Art from Central Saint Martins. She began teaching at the Serpentine Gallery followed by substantial experience in the education departments of The Drawing Room, the Estorick Collection, the National Portrait Gallery, and the Victoria Miro Gallery in particular Alice Neel:Portraits.
This course is offered in two 3 week Sessions at £90 including instruction and choice of coffee or tea at the break. Session One is 5, 12 and 19 January 2022. Session Two, listed separately, will occur on 26 January, 2 and 9 February.
