Foodies – Cooking Club – Flavours of Istanbul: A Turkish Lunch Feast

We’re so excited to invite you on this delicious journey through the rich and vibrant flavours of Turkish cuisine. Whether you’re a seasoned cook or just starting out, this is a space for everyone to learn, share, and enjoy cooking together.

We will start our meal with a delightful Istanbul-inspired dish of artichokes and broad beans. Next, we’ll enjoy two types of borek: one filled with minced meat and the other with feta and herbs. These will be accompanied by a flavourful carrot and walnut dip, as well as refreshing tzatziki. To conclude, we’ll indulge in a dessert of quince and clotted cream.

Allergens that will be used in the menu: eggs, dairy, gluten and nuts (walnut)

Vegetarian options will be available.
