Foodies Culinary Exchange – Autumnal Vegetables: Pumpkin, Squash and Courgette

As the leaves turn and the air gets crisp, it’s time to celebrate the bounty of autumn with a delightful Culinary Exchange! Join us for an event dedicated to all things pumpkin, squash, and courgette.
Bring your favourite savoury or sweet dish that showcases these seasonal stars! Whether it’s a comforting pumpkin mac and cheese, ratatouille, indulgent pumpkin cheesecake swirl brownie, or stuffed butternut squash, we can’t wait to taste your creations.
What to bring: Your dish and a printed recipe to share.
This is a wonderful opportunity to gather with friends, share delicious food, and exchange recipes. The possibilities are endless, and we can’t wait to see what you whip up!
We ask that each member come to the event with a ready-to-eat dish based on the theme that they will share with other members. Please aim to bring enough quantity for 1 to 2 samplings per person, along with the recipe, which you will share with other participants.
We cannot guarantee that there will not be allergens in the food served or cross contamination. Contact the AL with any concerns.
The activity will be held in W14 – the exact location will be communicated to registered participants a week before the event.
