From Sea To Table – A Mediterranean inspired Cooking Club

What better way to start the New Year then with a delicious Mediterranean inspired Cooking Club!  The menu will be composed of flavourful dishes and offer opportunities to discover new techniques.

Together, the participants will have the opportunity to prepare a delicious meal composed of comforting Potage St. German soup, an incredibly moist Salt-Crust Baked Sea Bass served with Beurre Blanc and Chimichurri sauce, Couscous with feta, sun dried tomato and olives.  As a sweet finale, we will enjoy an Orange-Cardamom Olive Oil Cake.

The activity will be held in  SW1A  the exact location will be communicated to registered participants nearer to the date.  Places are limited, so please book your ticket early to avoid disappointment.
