We can all agree that in these unsure times, mental and physical health are paramount. What better way to move and connect with others than through movement and breath? This yoga class will be with slow gentle movements and is open to all abilities. Beginners are definitely welcome! You can expect a 2-5 minute meditation, followed by a 50 min class where you will get centred and create vitality, balance and grounding of your body. You will gently twist, rinse and de-stress, finding rejuvenation by ending in a 5 minute deep rest.
This class will be on Zoom and in the comfort of your own home.
