Due to the overwhelming demand for this special KCWC event, I have organised an afternoon time slot to which I am delighted to invite waitlist registrants disappointed by the sell out morning session, and any others who wish to take advantage of this opportunity.

Please join us in the Collector’s Lounge at Bonham’s Bond Street, at their kind invitation, for an exclusive private peek into the auction market for vintage fashion. Head of Department, Meg Randell, will discuss in particular her specialty, the luxury handbag market. This is an area she knows well having joined Bonhams in 2020 when the Fashion and Designer Handbag department was launched. And she attracted global attention when in 2021, she sourced and sold a Birkin bag belonging to the namesake fetching 119k gbp.

So like any stunning handbag, we will be in the best of hands as we learn the value of what might be waiting in our crowded closets to put under the gavel. Indeed our visit will coincide with an online auction that week if you wish to be tempted at the holidays to treat yourself!
