Let’s Meet Enrica From Genoa For Traditional Italian Riviera Christmas Sweets (UPDATED)

Join Enrica Monzani from “A Small Kitchen in Genoa” and let’s prepare two traditional Italian Riviera Christmas desserts: Pandolce, a sweet bread enriched with raisin, pine nuts and candied orange peel; and Anicini, light and crispy anise-flavored biscotti…two wonderful desserts that will make your home smelling of Christmas, love and Italian traditions.

You can also nicely wrap them with Christmas ribbon and paper – as I usually do – and send a sweet handmade gift to your friends.

The class should last about 2 hours.

UPDATE: We are offering the possibility of joining this class from the comfort of your own home via Zoom, or join Enrica’s class as a group from a member’s home (Parsons Green, SW6). Ingredients will be provided for the latter option, however you may need to bring along your own cookware. The Activity Leaders will be in touch with you the week before the class to confirm your preference.
