Are you curious about gaining strength and flexibility through movement and breath?  Are you interested in improving your mental well-being? Then Power Flow yoga is for you!

This style of yoga is an active flow style yoga where breath is linked to movement for 60 minutes. It is open and accessible to all abilities, non judgemental and can be done in the comfort of your own home, via Zoom.
