The first week in December is Sotheby’s Old Master sale. There are drawings, works of sculpture and decorative art all on display for just a few days of viewing. Most of the pieces will be bought, so this is a unique chance to see them. We will be able to examine the objects up close and get a chance to handle them.
This is a unique experience – completely different from seeing the items in a museum. Come along and enjoy the glamour! The tour will be led by Chantal Brotherton-Ratcliffe, who taught at Sotheby’s Institute for 29 years.
There are two tours of 14 people one from 10:30 – 11:45, and the second 12-1:1:15
