We kick off 2021 with the third in our series of Tea Time Zoom Talks this time featuring Blue Badge Guide David Drury introducing us to Street Art. In preparation for a tour we hope to do in person in the spring (date TBD and separately priced), Contemporary Art invites you to sit back and let David do the walking as he explores the variety of street art in London and beyond. We look forward to an exciting “virtual visit” of what artists are saying to the population on pavements, building walls and other creative outdoor surfaces.
David Drury is a Yorkshire native who studied American History and Politics both at the University of Liverpool and later in the US at the University of Rhode Island. Trained as a teacher and Blue Badge Guide, he has high ratings for his fascinating tours over the past 12 years guiding subjects as diverse as Street Art to Theatre, Westminster Abbey to Wimbledon.
