Join us for a private session with Jane Lunzer, FGA DGA, a jewellery designer, gemmologist and diamond grader – the third generation in her family to work with diamonds. Her great-grandfather was one of the founders of Hatton Garden’s Diamond Club in the 1860s, which formed part of the origins of The London Diamond Bourse, of which Jane is now a proud member.  Jane’s training in gemmology was with the Gemmological Association of Great Britain (Gem-A), and she is also a member of the National Association of Jewellers.

Londoner Jane launched her private jewellery and design house in London, Tokyo and Hong Kong in 2017; she now designs and makes custom pieces for private clients across the world. In this exclusive visit, Jane will share her knowledge with us on choosing styles that are personal and well suited to the individual. She will discuss types of precious gems and what makes them eternally desirable, as well as demonstrating how to keep your jewellery in good condition.

Finally, Jane will advise us on how to customise jewellery that is no longer being used, and asks that each of us brings a piece of jewellery that we no longer wear so that she can suggest ways to update it so that it continues to enjoy years of use.
