A Day Out in Petworth
Join us for a beautiful day in the heart of West Sussex exploring the charming and historic town of Petworth.
Our day begins with a visit to Petworth House, one of England's finest National Trust properties, home to an outstanding art collection and stunning architecture.
After our visit, we'll enjoy a relaxed lunch in the elegant Audit Room Cafe, known for its delicious, locally sourced food.
In the afternoon, we'll take a leisurely wander through Petworth's delightful shops --- from antiques and artisan gifts to unique homeware and curiosities you won't find anywhere else.
We'll then gather at The Hermitage for a cosy tea and snacks, kindly provided by Kenthouse Series, before heading home after a truly special day.
Notes:
National Trust members enjoy free entry to Petworth House; otherwise £19
Travel options: train from London Victoria to Pulborough (around £25 return) plus a taxi to Petworth (approx £5 each way), or you may drive by car directly.
More details about trains, etc are given after sign-up.
