After Six in the City
We enjoy fun social events in the evenings. The group encompasses everything from fine dining to posh pubs, and activities such as cooking classes, sporting events, and concerts. We welcome your ideas for outings.

Exploring Decorative Arts, Design, Vintage Clothing, Jewelry and Antiques. We offer expert lectures, visits to galleries and special exhibits around London and further afield.
Art History
Join us as we explore art throughout the centuries. We offer lectures, series, courses, and museum/gallery visits in London and beyond.
Bark in the Park/Dog Walking
Come and join us - with or without a dog - and we can wander in and explore the lovely London parks. Even if you do not have a dog, you are welcome to come along. There are lots of lovely places to stop for a coffee along the way. It is a great way to start the day. Please email to register interest.
Bible Study
We review and discuss a self-contained Bible reading which allows for flexible attendance. We look forward to welcoming you to our group. Please contact the Activity Leader for meeting details.
Book Group
We are a group of book lovers who enjoy reading both fiction and non-fiction who like to get together to discuss our readings. All are welcome. You do not have to be a regular book group attendee to join us, just someone who loves books and has good recommendations to make.
Bridge
If you are a Bridge player, we would love to hear from you. We play in an informal and friendly atmosphere at a member's home, using UK standard English (ACOL) and American style five card majors bidding systems. The level is intermediate, including those aspiring to this standard. For more information, or to register, please contact the Activity Leader.
British History
The British History group presents lectures and walks that explore the history of London and Britain.

Classical Music & Opera
We welcome anyone who is interested in exploring the wealth of classical music and opera that London has to offer. Join us and share the experience with other music lovers.
Contemporary Art
We meet to visit contemporary art galleries around London. The aim is to meet gallery directors and curators and have a conversation about the art on display. Comments and critiques are highly encouraged and no experience or knowledge of art is necessary.
Country Walks
The beautiful English countryside is crisscrossed with many interesting walking routes. This is a group for those who like to get out of the big city and explore the countryside on foot. We will travel by train and also stop for a lunch break.

Discovering Opera
Join Discovering Opera, a 20-week journey through opera’s rich history, led by musicologist Dr. Bruno Bower. Each session delves into a masterpiece, exploring plot, music, and staging with engaging audio-visual examples. Ideal for all levels, this course enhances your understanding and appreciation of opera.

Would you like to improve your spoken English or help others with their English whilst meeting women of different nationalities? If so, then please join us for lively discussions. New members are most welcome.
Languages- French
Welcome to the French Conversation Group! If you would like to maintain and improve your French, we will give you opportunities to practice this language amongst a pleasant group of international ladies. Themes will be given in advance so you can prepare them at home before discussing it with the group. A good level of French is required.

Would you like to improve your spoken German and gain more confidence? In this group, you have the chance to practise in a friendly, supportive atmosphere. We meet every fortnight and discuss a topic of interest.

Hola! If you are looking for an opportunity to improve or practice your Spanish language skills, do join our lively group of Spanish speakers. We meet monthly on a Thursday morning and enjoy combining conversation with periodic outings. If you enjoy interesting discussions, wish to improve your fluency and make new friends, please join us to discover more. We look forward to welcoming you.
Latin Dance
Come learn different dance styles such as Rumba, Cha Cha, Samba, Salsa and Jive with our brilliant professional teacher - all in a fun and supportive environment. To consolidate what you learn, we advise that you book the 6-week course but are able to make some discretionary exceptions for pre-booked commitments.

Techy Teas
We get together to share tips about getting the most use and value from our iPhones. We discuss how and why to put photos into folders, how to use the Libby library app, ideas about using the Notes app in daily life, and some photo editing features on the iPhone. We plan to make use of Apple’s free classes at the Regents Street store in future sessions. The Apple store will help us learn to create art in our Notes app, begin coding on iPads, edit photos, and take better photos. There is a lot to explore with our iPhones.
Tennis
We play intermediate level social, fun, but competitive tennis and have a coach for each of the two-hour sessions. We play indoors so the weather is never an issue.
Theatre
We meet to attend performances of plays at local West End theatres buying tickets as a group.
Travel Group
We are delighted to offer members the opportunity to travel abroad with like-minded women. We have appointed a reputable boutique travel agency to handle all the arrangements, from creating the itinerary to complying with strict ABTA travel regulations. We intend to visit European cities and go on activity trips such as skiing. We welcome any suggestions from members for future destinations or “special interest” trips, (eg. art/history/walking tours etc) either in the UK or abroad, so we can ask the travel agent to research and offer various itineraries and pricing options.
Volunteers for Charity
We currently volunteer as a group at the Wandsworth Food Bank, where we sort food items for the needy, and at Refettorio Felix, a drop-in centre and community kitchen serving vulnerable people in the community. Check out our schedule and join us to make a big difference to those in need.
