After Six in the City
We enjoy fun social events in the evenings. The group encompasses everything from fine dining to posh pubs, and activities such as cooking classes, sporting events, and concerts. We welcome your ideas for outings.
Antiques & Design
Exploring Decorative Arts, Design, Vintage Clothing, Jewelry and Antiques. We offer expert lectures, visits to galleries and special exhibits around London and further afield.
Art History
Join us as we explore art throughout the centuries. We offer lectures, series, courses, and museum/gallery visits in London and beyond.
Asian Art and Global Culture
Explore the art and traditions of Asia and cultures from around the world. Join fellow members to discover new perspectives, share ideas and enjoy lively conversation. All are welcome, with no prior knowledge needed.
Backgammon
Roll the dice and join us for a friendly game of backgammon, one of the world's oldest board games. Enjoy a little strategy, a little luck and plenty of good company. All levels are welcome, from complete beginners to seasoned players.
Bark in the Park/Dog Walking
Come and join us - with or without a dog - and we can wander in and explore the lovely London parks. Even if you do not have a dog, you are welcome to come along. There are lots of lovely places to stop for a coffee along the way. It is a great way to start the day. Please email to register interest.
Bible Study
We review and discuss a self-contained Bible reading which allows for flexible attendance. We look forward to welcoming you to our group. Please contact the Activity Leader for meeting details.
Book Group (Daytime)
We are a group of book lovers who enjoy reading both fiction and non-fiction who like to get together to discuss our readings. All are welcome. You do not have to be a regular book group attendee to join us, just someone who loves books and has good recommendations to make.
Bridge
If you are a Bridge player, we would love to hear from you. We play in an informal and friendly atmosphere at a member's home, using UK standard English (ACOL) and American style five card majors bidding systems. The level is intermediate, including those aspiring to this standard. For more information, or to register, please contact the Activity Leader.
British History
The British History group presents lectures and walks that explore the history of London and Britain.
Café Society
We invite you to join us in exploring interesting spots for morning coffee and afternoon drinks, in a small intimate group who appreciate engaging conversations and vibrant venues here in London.
Classical Music & Opera
We welcome anyone who is interested in exploring the wealth of classical music and opera that London has to offer. Join us and share the experience with other music lovers.
Contemporary Art
We meet to visit contemporary art galleries around London. The aim is to meet gallery directors and curators and have a conversation about the art on display. Comments and critiques are highly encouraged and no experience or knowledge of art is necessary.
Country and Coastal Walks
The beautiful English coast and countryside is crisscrossed with many interesting walking routes. This is a group for those who like to get out of the big city and explore the countryside on foot. We will travel by train and also stop for a lunch break.

Discovering Classical Music
Whether you're a lifelong lover of classical music or just starting to explore it, this group is for you. Join fellow members to discover great composers and memorable works. This course is run by Dr. Bruno Bower and is multi-week. No musical knowledge is needed.
Discovering Opera
Join Discovering Opera, a multi-week journey through opera’s rich history, led by musicologist Dr. Bruno Bower. Each session delves into a masterpiece, exploring plot, music, and staging with engaging audio-visual examples. Ideal for all levels, this course enhances your understanding and appreciation of opera.
Drama
We read aloud and/or act out short skits or plays or improvise in a group. We meet in members' homes.
Drop in Coffee Morning
Join us once a month for coffee, fresh croissants and easy conversation. There's no agenda, just a relaxed morning to catch up with friends and meet new ones. Whether you're new to London or have been here for years, you'll find a warm welcome and a seat at the table.

Come explore world cuisine, new food trends, and more. Learn about good nutrition and how to prepare some of the world’s most well-loved recipes. Our meetings will take on various formats: lectures, demos, restaurant outings, practical workshops, and hands-on cooking sessions, all in a friendly atmosphere.

Love beautiful spaces? Our Interior Design group meets regularly for classes and activities that explore the art of creating a home you'll love. Come along to share ideas, find fresh inspiration and get to know others who enjoy design as much as you do. All levels of experience are welcome.
Languages - English
Would you like to improve your spoken English or help others with their English whilst meeting women of different nationalities? If so, then please join us for lively discussions. New members are most welcome.
Languages - French
Welcome to the French Conversation Group! If you would like to maintain and improve your French, we will give you opportunities to practice this language amongst a pleasant group of international ladies. Themes will be given in advance so you can prepare them at home before discussing it with the group. A good level of French is required.

Would you like to improve your spoken German and gain more confidence? In this group, you have the chance to practise in a friendly, supportive atmosphere. We meet every fortnight and discuss a topic of interest.

Hola! If you are looking for an opportunity to improve or practice your Spanish language skills, do join our lively group of Spanish speakers. We meet monthly on a Thursday morning and enjoy combining conversation with periodic outings. If you enjoy interesting discussions, wish to improve your fluency and make new friends, please join us to discover more. We look forward to welcoming you.
Latin Dance
Come learn different dance styles such as Rumba, Cha Cha, Samba, Salsa and Jive with our brilliant professional teacher - all in a fun and supportive environment. To consolidate what you learn, we advise that you book the 6-week course but are able to make some discretionary exceptions for pre-booked commitments.
Literature
Currently, we are studying Shakespeare over the course of 10 weeks with Dr. Sarah James at Imperial College. The course content changes each term.
London Season
Join us for the highlights of the English summer. Throughout the season, we enjoy a programme of special events, from opera at Glyndebourne and Holland Park to the races at Ascot and the regatta at Henley. It's a lovely way to experience some of the season's most celebrated occasions in good company.
London Walks
We explore a variety of interesting areas and venues in London, on foot!
Mahjong
We welcome everyone from beginners to those who have played any version of Mahjong previously. It’s great fun and a wonderful way to spend the morning with friends, old and new!
Mix'N Mingle Mornings
Small group gatherings in cafes and restaurants: the perfect place for our newer members to gather and meet other members.
Music Journeys
This activity group focuses on music in all its forms. We will offer our members and guests a variety of events, published on the KCWC website, featuring jazz, soul, blues, gospel, folk, funk, baroque, classic, acappella, pop, and rock music, always in a range of different venues.
Passion for Fashion
Join us to explore current fashion trends as well as vintage style through visits and lectures.

Pull up a chair for a friendly game of Scrabble. Enjoy good company, a little wordplay and the thrill of a triple word score. All players are welcome.
Special Events
This group organises unique visits to markets and fairs for shopping, special hotels for lunch or teas, as well as our Christmas and June luncheons.
Techy Teas
Are you comfortable with the latest technology and happy to share what you know? We're looking for a leader for this new group, helping members in a small, friendly setting to get more from their phones, tablets, computers and apps. Tennis
We play intermediate level social, fun, but competitive tennis and have a coach for each of the two-hour sessions. We play indoors so the weather is never an issue.
Theatre
We meet to attend performances of plays at local West End theatres buying tickets as a group.
Travel Group
We would like to offer members the opportunity to travel abroad with like-minded women. We intend to visit European cities and go on trips. We welcome any suggestions from members for future destinations or “special interest” trips, (eg. art/history/walking tours etc) either in the UK or abroad, so we can ask the travel agent to research and offer various itineraries and pricing options. Under 35s
Meet other young international women in London and discover the city together! The Under 35s get together for brunch, board games, escape rooms, beginners’ golf classes and racquet sports like padel and pickleball. Whether you’re new to London or have been here a while, there’s always something fun to try.
Volunteers for Charity
We currently volunteer as a group at the Wandsworth Food Bank, where we sort food items for the needy, and at Refettorio Felix, a drop-in centre and community kitchen serving vulnerable people in the community.
