Fellow KCWC member Helen Nathan (chef and founder of Cook’d London ) in conjunction with Hong Kong cook, Ms Wing Li, will demonstrate a selection of dishes including steamed sea bass, Din Tai Fung Salad and matcha swiss roll. 

As well as watching the cookery demo, guests will sample everything and take home copies of all recipes. 

This event will take place at a member's home in SW18 (nearest tube East Putney/on street metered parking available). The exact address will be provided to registered participants nearer to the date.
