Come and join the second part of our tour of the British Galleries at the V&A Museum.
The second part of this discovery tour of the British Galleries at the V&A Museum will be a festival of styles.
Fed by a growing expansion abroad, the fast pace of the Industrial Revolution, the prominence of the landed aristocracy and the rising aspirations of the middle classes, Georgian Britain embraced and led the fashions of the day, from the late the British Baroque to the roccoco and neo-classicism, to name fut a few.
And then, came the Victorians and a fireworks of ecclectic styles that our guide Blue Badge Muriel Carre will help us decipher.
Meeting place: Inside Cromwell Road entrance, next to the information desk under the Chihule chandellier.
