Join us for a special overnight charity retreat in the beautiful countryside, where you’ll enjoy a relaxing stay in a private home surrounded by nature. This is a wonderful opportunity to unwind, connect with like-minded individuals, and support a great cause.

Accommodation Details:

The house offers six comfortable bedrooms:

• Four bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms
• Two bedrooms that will share a separate bathroom

Rooms will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis, so book early to secure your preferred option.

What’s Included:

• One-night stay in a charming countryside home
• Light salad lunch on the day of arrival
• A scenic countryside walk in the afternoon
• A delicious group dinner in the evening (please bring a bottle of wine to share)
• Breakfast together the next morning
• A walk to a picturesque Thames-side pub for a leisurely lunch (not included in the price)
• Optional tennis game – if you play, please bring your racket!

Departure:

We will wrap up our time together in the late afternoon, with departure scheduled around 4:30 PM.

Costs & Contributions:

• £150 per person ( paid in advance – account details given by booking) , which includes accommodation, lunch, dinner, and breakfast.
• Not included: The cost of lunch at the pub, your train ticket, and the taxi to the house.
• Estimated travel costs: When booked in advance, train tickets  and taxi will be approximately £30 one way.

All proceeds, except for expenses related to dinner, will be donated to our chosen charities.

Important Notice:

Please note that staying in the house and participating in any travel or activities related to this retreat is entirely at your own risk, and is unsuitable for members with cat or dog allergies!

The booking fee is £3, but the £150 fee must be paid in advance and is non-refundable.
