Kew Village – London Walks

10 June @ 10:30 am - 12:30 pm

IMG_5375
Famous for the Royal Botanical Gardens and Kew Palace, this  Riverside neighbourhood has much more to enjoy … including likely the ‘prettiest tube forecourt’ in London, the site of a mid-19th century Jewish school and the homes of two eminent 19th Century artists, one the ‘Father of Impressionism’ and the other from the fringes of the Pre-Raphaelite Brotherhood. Many of the buildings have royal connections as does St. Anne’s Church and the famous Maids of Honour tartlets without which no visit to Kew is complete. Rachel Kolsky will lead this 2 hour tour .
Meeting Point: Outside Kew Gardens Tube/Overground – Station Parade (you will know if you are in the right place as you will see a PH called ‘The Tap on the Line’)
