Following on from our two week lecture series, we have a visit to the National Gallery to see some of the paintings in person.

We will hopefully see some Bellini, Titian, Tintoretto, Veronese plus others.

It will all help build a picture of the workshop system in Venice, over the 15th and 16th centuries. And, of course, Chantal Brotherton-Radciffe, one of our favorite lecturers, will be showing us images of breathtaking beauty from this, the most famous art centre in the world.

Please come at 11:45 for a prompt 12 start.  We will meet in the downstairs of the Sainsbury’s Wing.

November 5th, November 12th, followed by visit to the National Gallery to see examples of these painters’ works, November 19th.
