Join in and bake along during the interactive session – or put the kettle on and just watch, enjoying the opportunity to ask questions along the way.
Susie Whitfield, an experienced baker and teacher who hails from Albuquerque and has been in the UK for 25 years, will guide us through making our Mother’s Day bakes. Susie is the founder of The Cotswolds Baking Workshop and teaches from her home kitchen.
We will be baking mini coconut and passion fruit friands, amaretti biscuits (naturally gluten free!), and a luscious lemon curd. The session will take place on Zoom on Friday, 12 March at 10:30am GMT and will last approximately an hour and a half.
