
It is Spring! There is no better time than the present to get healthy and enjoy movement through activity, especially outside.
This will be a walk for all abilities through Kensington Gardens and sometimes Hyde Park. We will meet in the mornings and sometimes late afternoons and it will last for 1 -1.5 hours. Meeting spot will always be the Prince Albert Memorial.
This is a great way to get fit, but also to meet and connect with other members. Walking is a simple and powerful way to boost mental health and physical health. Benefits include reducing anxiety/ depression, improving mood and increasing energy levels and perhaps…lose weight! Lets face it, it is bikini weather!
