KCWC’s Contemporary Art Group has been invited to tour Cockpit Arts in Holborn (www.cockpitstudios.org), an amazing home to over 150 extraordinary makers. Normally not open to the public (except during their weekend open studios, held only twice each year), we will have a private tour of their Holborn building, commencing with an introductory talk by Cockpit’s Development Director about the history and mission of this outstanding not-for-profit organisation, for contemporary artists and artisans. We get to go behind-the-scenes with their incredible makers, see how they work and discover their creative process. Our group will visit 3 different makers in 3 different media.
