KCWC’s Contemporary Art Group has been invited to a private view of House of Pots, an exhibit of contemporary ceramic art, held in a 300 year old Chelsea townhouse. Our host is curator Preston Fitzgerald, expert on contemporary ceramics and advisor at the Royal College of Art. Twenty-five artists, all working in clay, will have their work shown over 3 floors of the house as well as in the garden. Preston will personally guide us through the show, and answer our questions about the artists and contemporary ceramics in general. This promises to be a very special exhibit in a unique venue!
