Private Tour of the Reform Club with Afternoon Tea

20 March @ 2:00 pm - 4:00 pm

The Reform Club

Again KCWC Antiques and Design owes thanks to our Friends at the BADA Trust for their kind invitation to join them on an exclusive tour of the private members’ club, the Reform Club.

Founded in 1836 for the benefit of Radicals and Whigs who pledged support for the Great Reform Act of 1832, today the Reform Club is politically neutral. Still it remains true to its founding principles to be a place for progressive thinking, social change and a champion of reform. Sir Charles Barry designed the building taking inspiration from Italian Renaissance architecture. The building facade is borrowed  from the Palazzo Farnese designed by Michelangelo, a building Barry studied closely.

Join us for a guided visit of this historic club followed by a delicious afternoon tea.
