To celebrate spring, we will go to Tapas Brindisa – a well known and delicious tapas restaurant in South Kensington.
According to the restaurant’s website, “True to its name, it’s inspired by Spanish home cooking, serving a seasonal selection of tapas, cured plates and farmhouse cheeses supporting small family producers from all around Spain”.
