
The Cotswolds conjures up the charm of traditional, rustic England: glorious golden villages, thatched-roofed cottages and rolling countryside.
In April as the countryside springs into bloom, join us to explore the highlights of this Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty which owes it’s original prosperity to the wool trade. We will visit twelve famous Cotswolds locations known for their history, beauty and classic Cotswold atmosphere.
We will take the train on Wednesday 2nd April and stay at a hotel for two nights in Moreton-in-March. The private guided tour is on April 3 & 4th starting at 9:30am to 3:30pm. We will be driven by a friendly, local tour guide in a minivan. The tour is designed to maximise time spent exploring time each location.
Thursday 3 April, Day 1 tour includes: Lower Slaughter, Bourton on the Water, Upper Sloughter, Snowshill, Broadway and Stanton
Friday 4 April, Day 2 tour: Rollright Stones, Adlestrop, Great Tew, Stow-on-the-Wold, Dover’s Hill and Chipping Campden
