Vinyasa flow is a dynamic yoga class linking breath with movement. If you are interested in gaining strength and flexibility through a series of classic yoga poses, then this class is for you.
This class allows members to connect with each other in a more intimate way, gaining introspection and insight into your own physical and mental state, as we move from pose to pose.
It is open and accessible to all, nonjudgemental and is offered online through Zoom in the comfort of your own home.
