About Polly Eats London
Polly Eats London is a food blog for people who like to get their hands dirty while they cook, and for those who care about food quality. It has been created by Dominika Kaliszewska, who shares her real passion for baking bread, traditional polish food, French cuisine and believes in benefits of eating seasonally. Dominika, a resident of West London for 6 years, is a former radio journalist and manager in the national Polish Press Agency (PAP). When she doesn’t cook and write about food, Dominika runs, with her husband Artur, a company supplying Londoners with timber windows and doors. Polly Eats London features a collection of step-by-step recipes, complete with a series of photos to make each recipe easy to follow: “The recipes are selected meticulously, and the meals tested several times before a photoshoot and publication. I want my readers and followers to enjoy cooking and the best results of their activity in the kitchen.”
All photos published on Polly Eats London, and in social media @pollyeatslondon #pollyeatslondon have been taken by her husband, Artur.
