During this cooking class you will learn how to cook one of the most typical Italian pasta dishes, particularly famous in Rome but internationally well known: Carbonara.
Our leader will be Danny Martin, chef at the cosy restaurant Satyrio, which was named one of London’s top Italian restaurants by Gambero Rosso, the most famous Italian food and wine orgranization. Danny will show you step by step the method to make the rich, creamy, popular and yet criminally misunderstood dish.
A very important ingredient used will be fresh egg handmade pasta that you will receive in a box together with all the other recipe ingredients.
By attending this class you will also give your contribution to a charity The Passage, because each box delivered will provide help for the homeless.
The cost includes cooking class conducted by chef Danny Martin and ingredient box delivered to your home.
