Self-Compassion Morning

Some people argue that this is the most depressing time of the year and even declared the 16th of January as Blue Monday!

But it doesn’t have to be.

If we practice self-kindness and self-compassion,  and are clear on our life goals, we can immunise ourselves against the collective low mood. We can instead celebrate January as the time to lay the foundations for a joyful & successful year.

Join us for this online session where we will soften the bits where we have gotten a bit harsh and self-critical, recharge using our inner resources, and put ourselves in the mood for a gorgeous 2023.

Make sure you bring your favourite pen, paper, your smile, and a curious mind.
