Vinyasa flow is a dynamic yoga class linking breath with movement. If you are interested in gaining strength and flexibility through a series of classic yoga poses, then this class is for you.
This class allows members to connect with each other in a more intimate way, gaining introspection and insight into your own physical and mental state, as we move from pose to pose.
It is open and accessible to all, non-judgemental and is offered online through Zoom in the comfort of your own home.
